GMISS team delivered the ESU to Eyos Rudimch, the governor of Koro State, and his wife

The Palau Ministry of Health and Human Services (MHHS) expressed its urgent need for an electrocautery unit (ESU) through Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan) in the Republic of Palau. This was because the existing ESU at the Belau National Hospital unexpectedly broke down on April 1st, and the visiting Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialist who performed the surgery was only available for two weeks. The ESU was urgently needed to ensure that the scheduled surgery could proceed without delay.
Upon receiving the information, GMISS immediately assisted in inspecting and organizing the inventory of ESU, and also purchased related consumables. After packing and organizing the equipment, it was promptly delivered to Koror State Governor in Palau Eyos Rudimch, who was visiting Taiwan at the time. Governor Eyos Rudimch took the equipment back to Palau on April 2nd to address the immediate need. The Palau Ministry of Health and Human Services (MHHS) extended its sincere gratitude and expressed that this ESU was essential for a wide range of surgical procedures performed in their Operating Room.
